All goods sold on this website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Photo Booth reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. It is therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST. If purchaser is not from Australia, the GST component of the price will be deducted.
We endeavour to ensure that our price list as listed on our website is current. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfill your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate.
Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
When you order from us, we require that you provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and payment details.
We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour or that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the goods and/or services again or payment of the costs of having those goods and/or services supplied again.
We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from services and/or product/s we have supplied.
By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website.
Photo Booth Machines/Kiosks
Sales of Photo Booth Machines/Kiosks are final.
Clients are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
Clients are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
Full proof of purchase, such as an original invoice, must be presented for all warranty claims.
Warranty offered is return to base warranty.
Australian Photo Booth’s base is at Unit 5, 16 Heron Place Maddington WA 6109.
Australian Photo Booth reserves the right to withdraw warranty in cases where the manufacturer does not regard the presented issue as a fault.
Australian Photo Booth only guarantees the replacement of Touch Screens and LCDs for dead pixels reasons if returned within 7 days from receipt/purchase including all packaging and accessories.
Shipping costs to or from Australian Photo Booth is the responsibility of the buyer.
Warranty is void if goods are incorrectly installed, are in any way physically damaged, are used beyond their intended specifications, or have labels that are altered, damaged or missing.
Warranty does not cover virus infection, software related faults, damage or misuse.
Australian Photo Booth takes no responsibility for any data or software loss and/or damages arising from the use of our goods or services.
The risk of any loss, damage or deterioration shall pass to the customer at the time of customer, proxy or courier receiving the goods from Australian Photo Booth. Warranty does not cover damage to goods arising from environmental causes such as but not limited to lightning, flood (water damage) or fire.
Items other than Photo Booth Machines and Kiosks
Other items purchased from the online store will stipulate the warranty/guarantee period.
When returned for a refund, products are required to be in excellent condition with all original packaging and contents.
Australian Photo Booth takes no responsibility for goods missing or damaged in transit unless delivery insurance has been paid for.
Delivery, credit card surcharge, and insurance charges are excluded from any refunds, store credits or insurance cover.
